What are Crystal Grids?
Crystal Grids are energy tools with intentional arrangements of crystals in a geometric shape, pattern or design that enhances the crystals energy and used to manifest a desired result. The combination of the chosen design and crystals used can create a unique energy frequency through a specific vibrational blueprint and can be used to enhance your intention and ability to manifest. Each grid has its own energetic blueprint and just like our fingertips, no grid is exactly the same.
How do Crystal Grids Work?
These grids release an intense frequency and energetic vibration we can absorb, so tuning into your intuition and creating an intention or goal is very important to how these energy fields work as they can change the pattern of your environment and energy field and can have the power to transform you and your space. When you are in alignment with your desired intentions, magical things can happen.
How to use your Crystal Grid:
Step-by-Step:
Step 1.) Create an affirmation or intention statement as the focus of your grid. Ask yourself these questions. “What do I want to manifest in my life?” “What is important to me at this time?” “What are the intentions behind this crystal grid?”
Step 2.) Write down your affirmation or intention statement on the back of the crystal grid.
Step 3.) Make time to connect to the energy of your grid regularly. You may want to meditate in front of your grid each day for a few minutes, or just sit in the presence of your grid to fill you up with the energy you’re trying to create in your life. Just be sure to hold space in your life for positive changes in whatever form is for your highest good.
Step 4.) It’s good practice to purify your crystal grids every Full Moon, this is called a Full Moon Bath. It helps purify their vibration and rids them from any stagnation or negativity. What you will need to do, is either put them outside so they have direct exposure to the moonlight, or you can put them in your window, just ensure they are being exposed to the moonlight. The next day let them charge for only a few hours in the morning sunlight. Many crystals like Amethyst, Aquamarine, Citrine, Fluorite, Rose Quartz, and Smoky Quartz for example will fade in direct sunlight. There are several other ways to cleanse your crystals as well, such as Sage, Palo Santo, Frankincense, sea salt and sound.
Step 5.) Remember be clear with what you want, visualize it, practice gratitude, increase your vibration and trust the process.
Where should I place my crystal grid?
It’s really entirely up to you. What does your gut tell you? Sometimes holding the grid and walking around your house and letting your intuition guide you can help you decide on its home. If it’s for a personal intention, you could place your grid in an area where you visit frequently to do mundane things like brushing your teeth! You could have it in the bathroom by your mirror to remind you about your intention. Or you can have it next to your bed and incorporate it into your nightly routine. If it’s a general crystal grid to give protection and wellness to your family, you could put it in your living room!
Crystal grids work really well for wellness centers, office spaces and could be places in high traffic areas to balance the energy going in and out.
